Therefore, if you have passion for work, dare to tackle challenges and want to reach heights then we can provide you with a base for the same.Role and Responsibilities include:Proposal Management: Leading the development and submission of proposals (RFPs, bids, etc.) to secure new projects or contracts. This involves coordinating input from various subject matter experts and ensuring the proposal aligns with client requirements and evaluation criteria.Compliance: Ensuring all proposals and project activities adhere to both internal company policies and external legal/regulatory requirements. This may involve developing compliance matrices, conducting audits, and managing risk to avoid infractions.Purchase Orders (POs) & Procurement: Managing the entire procurement lifecycle for project needs, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, creating and processing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.Project Fund Management: Planning, managing, and monitoring the project budget and financials. This includes cost estimating, tracking expenditures, ensuring funds are used efficiently, and working to avoid budget overrun.QualificationsProficiency in Procurement and Purchasing processesAbility to prepare and manage Purchase Orders effectivelyStrong Analytical Skills to assess supplier performance and cost-effectivenessExcellent Communication skills for effective coordination with vendors and internal teamsOrganizational skills and attention to detailProficiency in relevant software systems (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel)Prior experience in procurement, purchasing, or a related field is an advantageB. Com/B. Tech with MBA in Finance or supply chain, or a related field is preferredAt 2-3 yrs of experience in the same field will be required.
