Compliance Lead

We are looking for an experienced compliance professional to lead the compliance function at a fast-growing, tech-driven NBFC. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in high-growth environments and can build and scale robust compliance systems from the ground up.Location: Bangalore and GurgaonKey Responsibilities- Own end-to-end compliance across RBI regulations, reporting, and audits- Liaise with regulatory bodies and external auditors- Develop internal compliance processes, policies, and training programs- Work closely with business, credit, legal, and product teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements- Monitor regulatory changes and proactively update internal systems and controlsWhat We’re Looking For- 6–10 years of experience in NBFC or BFSI compliance roles- Deep understanding of RBI norms, NBFC regulatory framework, and compliance operations- Proven ability to manage regulatory inspections and external audits- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills- Ability to work independently and build the function ground up
