We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Windows System Administrator to join our IT team. This role is critical in assisting with the installation, configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting of applications within our Windows-based environment. 

Job Responsibilities:

· Assist in the installation, configuration, and deployment of applications

· Troubleshoot and resolve application issues reported by end-users.

· Maintain detailed logs of application issues, error messages, and troubleshooting steps

· Report issues and progress to the Senior Windows Administrator.

· Document issues, solutions, and maintain IT support logs

· Escalate complex issues to the Senior Windows Administrator as needed

  Required Skills:

. With 3 years of Experience

· Basic knowledge of the Windows operating system, firewall, and network configurations.

· Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication and documentation skills.

· Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

· Eagerness to learn and grow within the IT field.

· Collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Note:

· The position is going to be Work From Office

· Shifts timings and week-offs will be rotational
