Role Summary

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our HR department with a variety of day-to-day tasks. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about building a career in Human Resources, as it offers hands-on experience across multiple HR functions.

Key Responsibilities.


  • Screening resumes Via Telephonic or Google Meet
  • Recruitment Support : Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates
  • Onboarding and Offboarding : Help organize orientation sessions for new hires and manage documentation for employee exits.
  • Employee Records Management : Maintain and update employee records and documentation as needed.
  • Employee Engagement : Support HR initiatives, such as employee engagement activities, wellness programs, and company events.
  • HR Operations : Aid in daily HR tasks like preparing HR-related documents, policies, and updating internal databases.
  • Learning and Development : Assist in planning and coordinating training sessions or workshops for employees.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Education : Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail : Ability to maintain accurate records and handle confidential information.
  • Organizational Skills : Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Tech-Savvy : Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software/tools is a plus.
