Role Description
The Assistant Sales Manager supports the sales team by managing sales activities, developing relationships with clients, and ensuring targets are met. This role involves overseeing the sales process, coaching team members, and collaborating with other departments to drive business growth. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, customer-focused thinking, and a solid understanding of sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidates must have an experience into B2 C telesales-Outbound process, Team Size should be min 50 or above
Team Leadership and Supervision:
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet individual and team sales goals.
Conduct regular team meetings to provide guidance, share updates, and discuss performance.
Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching to enhance selling techniques and product knowledge.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Analyze sales metrics and provide recommendations to improve performance and productivity.
Collaborate with the Sales Manager to set sales targets and develop action plans to achieve them.
Performance Monitoring:
Track and report on team performance, ensuring that sales targets and KPIs are consistently met.
Identify performance gaps and work with team members to create and implement improvement plans.
Provide constructive feedback and recognition to drive continuous improvement and team morale.
ISMS Responsibilities:
Follow the instructions of Function Heads, operate systems on behalf of Function Heads, and
serve users authorized by Function Heads;
Provide technical consulting assistance to Function Heads so that information systems can
be built and run to best meet business objective;
Ensure the safeguarding of information in their possession;
Accepts responsibilities for the operation and protection of information assets; and
Perform the work as delegated by the by the Function Head
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
7+ years of sales experience, with at least 4 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and make strategic decisions.
Proficiency in Any of dialer / Manual.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a specific industry related to the company’s products or services.
Knowledge of sales techniques and methodologies.
