Own the candidate experience through transparent communication and timely feedback. Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and niche PCG positions. Ensure hiring within defined timelines and budget, while adhering to compliance and organizational policies. Leverage data-driven hiring dashboards and analytics to provide insights to leadership. Collaborate with HRBP and L&D teams to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires. Strong understanding of PCG / private banking industry hiring. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Strong networking, sourcing, and headhunting skills. Qualifications & Experience ~ MBA/PGDM in HR or related field. ~4–8 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in financial services / private wealth hiring. ~ Proven track record of hiring for mid to senior-level roles in wealth management or banking.
