Business Transformation Program Director

Our mission is to lead businesses through large-scale digital transformation with a domain-first, outcome-oriented approach. We are hiring a Program Director to lead a large-scale Oracle Fusion ERP transformation initiative for a major ITeS client in Bangalore. This role demands leadership in transitioning from Oracle EBS R12 to Oracle Fusion, deep knowledge of core ITeS business processes, and expertise in managing program risk, stakeholder engagement, and data migration governance. The candidate will oversee O2C, R2R, HCM, and P2P modules with a strong focus on business alignment and transformation outcomes. Lead Oracle ERP transformation from Oracle EBS R12 to Oracle Fusion Cloud, ensuring alignment with ITeS-specific operations. · Oversee Order to Cash (O2C) and Record to Report (R2R) processes tailored for ITES workflows. · Provide governance and delivery leadership across P2P (Procure to Pay) and HCM modules. · Direct end-to-end data migration lifecycle, identifying risks, defining mitigation strategies, and ensuring data integrity. · Manage executive stakeholders and transformation teams including business, IT, and system integrators. · Build and maintain program roadmap, track milestones, manage risks, and report to C-level stakeholders. · Align ERP delivery to SLAs, business outcomes, and global compliance standards. Required Experience · 15+ years in ERP Program Management with a strong background in Oracle ERP (Fusion + EBS R12). · Functional and leadership experience with O2C, R2R, HCM, and P2P in an ITeS company setup. · Proven success managing data migration, risk controls, and large enterprise implementations. · Expertise in stakeholder communication, transformation governance, and program metrics tracking. · Prior experience working with offshore/onshore teams and vendor partners.
