Pro-Riterz is seeking a technically adept and creative Content Writer with a strong grasp of the outdoor, sports, health, and lifestyle sectors. The ideal candidate will have a knack for creating technically accurate, research-driven, and SEO-optimized, leadership content that resonates with B2B and B2C audiences.


This role demands a balance of technical precision, storytelling, and an ability to translate complex industry concepts into engaging, reader-friendly formats. If you’re passionate about the dynamic world of outdoor gear, fitness trends, and sustainable innovations, this position is tailored for you.


Key Responsibilities

Content Development:

  • Research, write, and edit comprehensive articles, blogs, reports, and white papers on topics such as:
  • Innovations in sports equipment and outdoor gear.
  • Health and fitness trends, including wearable tech and biohacking.
  • Sustainability practices in the lifestyle and sports industries.
  • Produce actionable, insight-rich B2B content for industry professionals, including case studies and product comparisons.


SEO-Optimized Writing:

  • Utilize advanced SEO strategies to create content that ranks and engages.
  • Craft metadata, headers, and internal linking structures to optimize search engine performance.


Collaboration Across Teams:

  • Work closely with designers and video editors to produce multimedia-rich content, including infographics, videos, and webinars.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure technical accuracy and depth in all articles.


Industry Expertise Development:

  • Stay ahead of trends in the outdoor, sports, health, and lifestyle markets.
  • Should and must have experience in the above niches for writing leadership articles
  • Content Calendar Management:
  • Plan, prioritize, and deliver content in alignment with the editorial calendar.
  • Balance long-form content (e.g., 2,000+ word reports) with quick-turnaround pieces (e.g., event highlights, news updates).



Key Qualifications

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, English, Sports Science, or a related technical field.


Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in writing for the outdoor, sports, health, or lifestyle industries.
  • Proven track record of creating high-performing, SEO-driven, Leadership content for blogs, reports, or digital publications.


Content Expertise:

  • Ability to distill complex topics like sustainability in sportswear , biomechanics in fitness gear , or market analysis for outdoor tech into engaging and readable content.
  • Proficiency in crafting content for B2B and B2C audiences, with an emphasis on thought leadership.


Personal Attributes:

  • Passionate about the sports, fitness, or outdoor lifestyle.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable to feedback.
