EXPERIENCE
Identify and research potential brand partners that align with our company values, target audience, and business objectives.
Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking events.
Develop compelling sales pitches and presentations to communicate the value proposition of TPM and negotiate partnership terms and agreements to ensure mutual benefit.
Cultivate strong relationships with brand partners, serving as the primary point of contact for ongoing communication and support.
Collaborate with internal teams to execute successful brand partnership campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and deliverables.
Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the market.
The candidate should have experience of selling brand solutions to brands that may include, content related solutions like Influencer marketing, advertisement shoots, creation of video content for advertisements, creation of animated and 2d – 3d videos etc.
The candidate must have working relationships with agencies like Groupm, Dentsu, IA , OMD etc
The candidate should have a strong portfolio of brands and brand relationships under his kitty.
Expectations from you:
Basic Requirements
A degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for sales and building relationships.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
5+ years of experience in sales or business development.
