With a strong presence across the UK and India, they help organizations implement a 'digital first' strategy and streamline business processes through cutting-edge technology. As a Research & Development Lead (Innovation Tech Lead), you will drive the strategy, design, and development of advanced products and tools within a high-impact product division. Technology Selection: Evaluate and select modern technologies, including low-code/no-code platforms, to accelerate delivery. Guide and mentor development teams, ensuring high performance and technical excellence. Performance Optimization: Quality Assurance: Establish robust testing frameworks and automation tools to ensure product reliability. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers, architects, DevOps engineers, and stakeholders to align technical decisions with business goals. Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and knowledge sharing within the team. Technical Support: Leverage analytics to track product usage and performance, driving data-informed enhancements.   Experience: Total 12+ years in software/product with at least 3+ years in Research & Development (Innovation/R&D) roles . Strong experience in software development, design, and architecture. Proven experience in product/tool development and deployment in production environments. Proficiency in Java and Python ; strong familiarity with frameworks like Spring Boot and Django. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines . Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum, DevOps, and automated deployment processes . Certifications in cloud, DevOps, or architecture. Experience with low-code/no-code platforms. Ability to lead multiple projects and distributed teams.
