We are seeking a skilled and innovative Machine Learning Engineer to join our AI team. In this role, you will design, optimize, and deploy machine learning models to power cutting-edge AI solutions. This position requires expertise in ML frameworks, a strong understanding of AI concepts, and a passion for leveraging data to build intelligent, impactful systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Model Development: Design, implement, and evaluate state-of-the-art machine learning models for AI applications.
Data Processing: Work with large-scale datasets, perform preprocessing, and feature extraction, and ensure data quality for training models.
Algorithm Selection: Research and apply the best-fit machine learning algorithms for tasks like classification, regression, clustering, and deep learning.
Performance Optimization: Continuously fine-tune models to enhance accuracy, scalability, and performance.
Research and Innovation : Stay ahead of AI trends, experimenting with advanced technologies like NLP, computer vision, and reinforcement learning.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for models, processes, and APIs.
Qualifications:
Technical Proficiency:
Programming languages: Python (preferred), R, or Java.
Frameworks: Tensor Flow, Py Torch, Scikit-learn.
Tools: Jupyter, Docker, Kubernetes.
Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud AI services.
Data Skills : Experience with big data tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and database technologies (SQL, No SQL).
AI Experience : Familiarity with advanced AI techniques like generative AI, transformer models, and neural network architectures.
Soft Skills: Problem-solving mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in cross-functional teams.
