Position – Accountant

Qualification – B. Com/M. Com
Experience – More than 3 Years
Salary – Upto 4 LPA
Role & Responsibility: -
 Financial Reporting:
Preparing and maintaining accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Generating monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
 Bookkeeping:
Recording day-to-day financial transactions and ensuring they are accurate and complete.
Maintaining general ledgers and reconciling accounts.
 Budgeting and Forecasting:
Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
Monitoring budget variances and providing insights to management.
 Tax Compliance:
Preparing and filing tax returns.
Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
Advising management on tax strategies and implications.
 Accounts Payable and Receivable:
Managing vendor invoices and processing payments.
Monitoring accounts receivable and ensuring timely collections.
 Payroll Processing:
Handling employee payroll, deductions, and benefits.
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
 Audit and Compliance:
Assisting in internal and external audits.
Ensuring adherence to financial policies, standards, and regulations.
 Cost Analysis:
Conducting cost analysis and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Monitoring expenses and advising on cost control measures.
