We are seeking a detail-oriented Cross-Functional Coordinator to manage key tasks across various departments. The ideal candidate will have strong reporting skills , exceptional communication abilities , and advanced proficiency in Excel . You will be responsible for coordinating between teams, ensuring smooth collaboration, and delivering accurate reports.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinating with Field team to get the old and new device details for mapping. Getting the mapping done via Support team.
Coordinating with internal team for installation of devices.
Follow up with support team/ Bank for key update.
Calling the stores for increasing the activation.
Responding over Emails to clients for BAU queries/ concerns.
Raising dockets/SR’s by connecting with stores for BAU issues.
Analysing the txn count and coordinating with internal team for paper roll dispatch.
Checking daily status of Open tickets with respective field team.
