Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and creative UI/UX Designer to join our team. You will play a key role in shaping user experiences that are not only functional but also aesthetically delightful. If you're ready to dive into the fast-paced startup environment, push your creative boundaries, and bring concepts to life, we’d love to hear from you
Responsibilities:
Design user-centered interfaces that are visually stunning and intuitive.
Conduct user research and translate findings into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to define and implement innovative solutions.
Create and maintain design systems and ensure consistency across all platforms.
Test and refine designs based on user feedback and analytics.
Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to keep our products ahead of the curve.
Requirements:
Proven experience (2-4 years) as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in a startup or agile environment.
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, illustrator, Sketch, or similar.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative problem-solving and user-centered design.
Solid understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating effectively with the team.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design decisions.
A growth mindset, openness to feedback, and a passion for continuous learning.
