Job Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Project Manager to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate has an exceptional eye for detail and a passion for planning. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless organization and execution of our marketing campaigns, events, content production, website changes, and other marketing efforts. This role also helps with collaboration with other internal teams and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tool Administration: Ensure the marketing team is effectively utilizing ClickUp for project organization, task management, and collaboration.
- Project Management: Oversee the planning and support the execution and completion of marketing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Process Optimization: Continuously improve project management processes, identifying and implementing best practices to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate communication and coordination between the marketing team and other internal teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of project documentation and reporting, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Team Support: Understand how the rest of the team would like to organize their work and help enable them to be successful.
- Accountability: Politely but firmly hold team members accountable for adhering to project management processes and tool usage guidelines, driving behavioral change where necessary.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within a marketing or related environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ClickUp or similar project management tools.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate team members.
- Problem-Solving: Proven ability to anticipate issues, solve problems, and implement solutions proactively.
- Personality: Detail oriented personality with a strong drive for excellence and a passion for planning and organization.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of relevant experience.
