Spanish Language Specialist

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Flexible Benefit Process (Spain) team at Mercer. This role will be based in Noida. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the officePosition: Spanish Language Specialist - Health Insurance - Metrics, Analytics & ReportingLocation: NoidaWhat can you expect?We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our Flexible Benefit Process team for Spain process. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and administering employee benefit programs, ensuring accurate processing of benefit enrolments, changes, and claims in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards. You will work closely with internal teams and employees to address queries, provide guidance on benefit options, and ensure a seamless benefits experience.
