Location: Remote Work Time: Full-time during US Business hours. ProStruct Engineering, headquartered in San Francisco, California, is a leading firm in the civil and structural engineering industry, specializing in residential and commercial projects across the United States. We leverage global talent to ensure top-notch service delivery and client satisfaction. We are seeking highly skilled and experienced individuals for the roles of Project Manager (PM) and Project Management Associate (PMA) to oversee and manage U.based structural engineering projects. Candidates will be responsible for negotiating with clients to sign deals and ensuring the successful delivery of multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, experience with American clientele, and the capability to ensure top-quality service. Manage day-to-day operations of structural engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards. - S. homeowners, industry partners (Architects & Developers), and local structural engineers, facilitating clear and effective communication. - Negotiate with clients to finalize and sign project deals. - Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure project requirements, deadlines, and compliance standards are met. - Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and client expectations. - Handle client concerns and resolve issues, ensuring a positive client experience and maintaining long-term relationships. - Provide regular reports on project status, client interactions, and other key performance indicators to upper management. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, preferably from a U.0 to 12+ years of experience in managing structural or civil engineering projects, with a strong understanding of American standards and practices. Experience in Residential wood frame structures will be preferred. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English and experience dealing with American clients. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strict attention to detail. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and client needs. - Ability to work independently in a remote setting, while effectively collaborating with global teams. - S. business hours to ensure alignment with client and project schedules.
