• Financial Management: Manage the university's financial resources effectively, including budgeting, fundraising, and resource allocation.
• Ensure the financial sustainability of the institution.
• Infrastructure Development: Oversee the development and maintenance of the university's physical infrastructure, including classrooms, laboratories, and residential facilities.
• Promote a safe and conducive learning environment.
• Human Resource Management: Recruit, develop, and retain talented faculty and staff.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Implement effective HR policies and procedures.
• External Relations: Represent the university at various national and international forums.
