About Nosh Robotics The world of cooking is one that is skill-based, complex, and time-consuming. Despite the world advancing forward, we still lag behind in the way we solve for our food. Nosh is an AI-powered robo-chef that cooks 500+ dishes across cuisines such as Indian, Asian, Italian, Pot Meals, American, Mexican and Millets/Rice-based automatically. It leverages artificial intelligence to ensure food consistency and a homely taste. Nosh is the brainchild of alumni from ISB Hyderabad, BITS Pilani, and IISc Bangalore, alongside former entrepreneurs and early-stage members from tech companies and startups like AB InBev, Analog Devices, Broadcom, Cred, Unacademy and Yulu. We put our heads together, pick up a torchlight and search to find it. Nosh: AI-Powered Robo-chef: Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and Amazon Advertising Continuously test ad creatives, audiences, placements, and bidding strategies to improve ROI Monitor campaign performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates) and report insights regularly Collaborate with creative, product, and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities and trends Stay updated on platform changes, algorithm updates, and best practices in digital marketing Take full ownership of growth experiments testing, learning, iterating, and scaling what works 0-2 years experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or growth roles, preferably in D2C businesses ~ Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Amazon Ads ~ Strong analytical and data-driven mindset to measure, optimize, and scale campaigns based on numbers ~ Don’t fret, we are looking for passion and drive above all, so we would love to chat Revolutionizing home cooking with Nosh and making a lasting impact on kitchens around the world of food :)
