Role Description:
Job Title: Customer Success Manager
Location: HSR Sector 1, Bangalore, Karnataka
We are seeking a self-motivated and results-driven individual with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills to join us as a Customer Success Manager at Deal Berg. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in key account management and should be based in Bangalore, and be comfortable with English and Kannada. Experience in e-commerce and related industries is desired.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned key accounts
Create and execute strategic account plans to drive business growth
Analyze account performance and provide regular reports
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of services
Compensation: Upto 6 LPA CTC, depending on experience.
