About Client:Our Client is a largest Top 5 Software giant in India, with over 11.3 USD billion dollars revenue, Global work force 2,40,000 employees, It delivers end-to-end technology, consulting, and business process services to clients across the globe, Presence: 60+ countries and Publicly traded company NSE & BSE (India), NYSE (USA).Job Title : SFDC Azure DevopsJob Locations : Pan IndiaEmployment Type : Full timeYears of Experience : 8 - 12 YrsNotice Period : ImmediateKey Responsibilities:Dev Ops Strategy & LeadershipEstablish and lead the Dev Ops vision for Salesforce, Omnistudio(Vlocity) projects by leveraging Azure Dev Ops best practices, tools, and methodologies.Define, implement, and continuously improve end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce, Omnistudio(Vlocity) releases, ensuring rapid, reliable, and repeatable deployments.Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Salesforce, Omnistudio(Vlocity) developers, solution architects, QA engineers, and business stakeholders—to align Dev Ops processes with organizational goals.Mentor and coach Dev Ops engineers and Salesforce, Omnistudio(Vlocity) development teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.Technical ImplementationDesign, build, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce, Omnistudio(Vlocity) using Azure Dev Ops, Git, and related technologies.Automate code build, test, and deployment processes for Salesforce, Omnistudio(Vlocity) metadata, Apex code, Lightning components, and integrations.Manage source code repositories, branching strategies, and release management in line with best practices for Salesforce, Omnistudio(Vlocity) and Azure Dev Ops integrations.Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in the release pipeline, ensuring minimal disruptions and maximum efficiency.Implement robust security controls, access management, and compliance measures within the Dev Ops ecosystem.Collaboration & CommunicationProvide regular updates, progress reports, and recommendations to senior leadership and project stakeholders.Performance Monitoring & OptimizationDefine and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for Salesforce, Omnistudio(Vlocity) Dev Ops processes, continuously seeking opportunities for optimization and automation.Utilize monitoring and analytics tools to proactively identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and potential risks within CI/CD pipelines.Drive root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address issues related to deployments or platform integrations.Documentation & Knowledge ManagementCreate and maintain comprehensive documentation for Dev Ops processes, CI/CD pipelines, release management, and support procedures.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.8+ years of progressive experience in Dev Ops roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead capacity.Strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce, Omnistudio(Vlocity) deployment, and environment management.Proven experience with Azure Dev Ops, including pipelines, boards, repos, artifacts, and integrations with other Azure services.Proficiency in managing Salesforce, Omnistudio(Vlocity) metadata, source control (Git), and release management tools such as Gearset, Copado, or similar.Experience in implementing automated testing strategies (unit, integration, regression) for Salesforce, Omnistudio(Vlocity) applications.Knowledge of security best practices, access controls, and compliance frameworks relevant to Dev Ops and Salesforce, Omnistudio(Vlocity) environments.Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.Good problem-solving abilities, critical thinking, and attention to detail.Effective verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
