About the Job:
As the Technical Lead for India operations, you will be responsible for overseeing both the technical direction and operational management of our India office. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with strategic operational oversight to ensure the continued growth and success of our India team.

Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership & Team Development
- Support and collaborate with US-based managers to ensure technical excellence of the India development team
- Provide hands-on technical guidance and mentorship to developers
- Set technical vision and direction while staying aligned with organizational goals
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence
Operational Management
- Make key decisions on team structure, hiring, role budgets, and resource allocation
- Oversee project timelines, deadlines, and priorities for active deliverables
- Monitor and analyze team performance metrics and cost effectiveness
- Conduct first-round interviews to evaluate technical skills, cultural fit, and communication abilities
- Work closely with recruitment teams to meet hiring objectives and ensure successful onboarding
Strategic Planning & Cross-functional Collaboration
- Act as the primary point of contact for India office operations, liaising with global leadership
- Analyze and optimize team structure to meet project demands and scaling needs
- Collaborate with US-based teams to enhance cross-office collaboration
- Identify and implement strategies for improving operational effectiveness
- Stay current with Salesforce technologies, trends, and best practices
Performance & Quality Management
- Establish and monitor key performance metrics for team and project success
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on team performance and project status
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes and methodologies
- Ensure project deliverables meet the highest quality standards
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem
- Minimum 3 years in a technical leadership role
- Strong technical background in Salesforce development and consulting
- Proven experience in managing and scaling development teams
- Experience working with global teams and cross-cultural communication
- Excellence in both technical and interpersonal communication
- Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities
- Experience in talent acquisition and team development
- Understanding of Indian business practices and culture
