Datacenter Operations Lead – Job Description Experience: 6-12 Years Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai Roles & Responsibilities Lead and govern Datacenter operations aligned with ITIL V4 and Industry delivery standards. Ensure seamless delivery of operational services in line with SLAs and contractual obligations. Monitor infrastructure health, performance KPIs, and client satisfaction metrics. Manage crisis situations and client escalations with front-end leadership and resolution planning. Drive risk identification and mitigation strategies across Datacenter environments. Oversee run projects and ensure smooth integration into operations within timelines and budgets. Drive transformation and automation initiatives to improve service delivery and cost efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver high-impact outcomes. Grow your expertise in infrastructure, cloud, and service management. Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in Datacenter operations, service delivery, and client management. Proven ability to manage large distributed teams (250+ resources) across geographies. Strong understanding of Datacenter technologies: servers, storage, networking, virtualization, and monitoring tools. ITIL V4 certified with hands-on experience in applying ITIL processes. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in financial management, cost optimization, and forecasting.
