SAP SD/EDI Consultant Full-Time (Gachibowli, Hyderabad Office)
***Experience with Automotive/manufacturing industry preferred***
Job description:
10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SD and EDI implementations.
Proficiency in SAP modules related to Sales and Distribution, including Order to Cash (OTC) processes focusing on order management, pricing, shipping, and billing processes.
Strong experience in Logistics Execution and Billing Functions, Retro Billing and Pricing.
Strong understanding of EDI standards (e.g., ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and experience with EDI integration tools
Extensive experience in Automotive EDI, including Scheduling Agreements and Customer Demand management.
Proficient in EDI transactions such as 830, 862, 850, 856, 810, and others
Monitor EDI transactions to ensure timely processing and resolution of errors
Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhancements in EDI workflows, scheduling, and customer demand management
Provide ongoing support for SAP SD and EDI applications, addressing user issues and system performance.
Receive, analyse, and resolve Level 2 (L2) support tickets related to SAP SD and EDI transactions
Prioritize and manage incidents in accordance with established service level agreements (SLAs).
Conduct training sessions for end-users on EDI functionalities, scheduling agreements, and demand management best practices
Desirable Skills:
Knowledge of other SAP modules (MM, WM, FICO) is a plus.
Certification in SAP SD or EDI is highly desirable.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA (on-premises or cloud versions) will be a great advantage.
Integration of EDI documents with SAP using tools like SAP PI/PO, IBM Sterling Integrator, or other middleware.
