Role Summary: The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing and enhancing user interfaces across various platforms. This role demands strong design sensibilities, a deep understanding of user experience principles, and technical skills to turn ideas into reality.
Key Responsibilities:
Design user-friendly interfaces and experiences using Figma.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and product managers to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Develop and maintain responsive design systems for consistency across projects.
Utilize HTML and CSS to create prototypes that showcase design functionality.
Conduct user research, gather feedback, and refine designs based on user insights.
Keep up with current UI/UX trends and best practices to maintain modern, effective design standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 2 years of UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
Strong proficiency in Figma for creating detailed wireframes and prototypes.
Knowledge of HTML and CSS for rapid prototyping.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
High attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with JavaScript and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue).
Knowledge of accessibility best practices (e.g., WCAG standards).
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
