Starting December 2024, we’re launching operations and looking for a professional, dynamic, and skilled Business Development Executive to join us
This isn’t just a job—it’s a mission to empower and support pregnant families through our innovative pregnancy care packages.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead Conversion: Engage with warm leads, understand customer needs, and professionally convert them into our Cherish Care Package subscribers.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct needs-based conversations to pitch our services effectively to tech-savvy and professional clients. Present Myprega’s pregnancy care packages (average ticket size: ₹70,000) in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to build trust and credibility.
- Target Achievement: Achieve sales targets through high-quality conversations and strategic follow-ups.
- Professional Engagement: Represent Myprega with exceptional professionalism, ensuring the best customer experience.
- Build an emotional connection with potential customers and guide them towards making a purchase.
- Market insights: Provide feedback on client preferences and industry trends to help refine our offerings.
- Own the Process: Manage the complete sales pipeline—from the first call to the final purchase decision.

Note:
This is a part-time, performance-based opportunity with no fixed salary. Here’s what this means:
1) Earnings are purely incentive-based; you will receive ₹7,000 for each lead you successfully convert into a paid customer.
2) If a lead does not convert to a sale, no payment will be made for that lead.
3) The role offers immense flexibility—you’ll only need to work when leads are assigned to you, allowing you to manage your time effectively.
4) The responsibility for lead conversion lies entirely on your shoulders, making this role ideal for someone with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a results-driven mindset.
5) With our average ticket size of ₹70,000 , your ability to engage, build trust, and emotionally connect with leads will be key to unlocking your earning potential.

What We’re Looking For:
- A polished communicator who is fluent in English and can engage professionally with corporate-level clients.
- Proven track record in B2C service sales, preferably in industries like healthcare, tech services, or premium lifestyle services.
- Highly skilled in consultative and solution-based selling.
- Experienced in corporate or high-value client sales; retail sales experience is NOT relevant for this role.
- Adept at using CRM tools and tracking lead conversations effectively.
- Motivated and ambitious, with a keen interest in earning high incentives (₹7,000 per conversion).
- Ability to connect on a personal level and build trust with clients.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: Thrive in a performance-based, results-driven environment.
Key Qualifications:
1) Bachelor’s degree preferred; an MBA in marketing or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.
2) 2+ years of experience in professional B2C service or corporate sales roles.
3) Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
4) Experience dealing with IT professionals or similar corporate clientele is highly desirable.
