IDfy builds products on cloud-based technologies that run mission-critical functions at large organizations and rapidly growing start-ups. Our technologies run customer onboarding processes for Banks like HDFC Bank , build delivery networks of e-commerce majors like Amazon and Zomato, drive financial inclusion for Paytm and BharatPe , and safeguard the likes of Dream11 and MPL from fraud and money laundering. We have more than 800 customers worldwide.

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to assist in the implementation of a Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) framework . This role will involve working closely with internal product teams to gather critical product data, defining complex pricing and configuration rules within our chosen CPQ tool, and piloting the framework with a select group of deals.


Responsibilities:


Data Gathering and Organization:

  • Collaborate with various product teams to understand product attributes, pricing models, and configuration options.
  • Gather and organize necessary product data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Create a structured data repository for easy access and future reference.


CPQ Tool Configuration:

  • Learn and understand the functionalities of our selected CPQ tool.
  • Define and implement complex pricing rules, discounts, and promotions within the tool.
  • Configure product attributes, options, and dependencies to accurately represent product offerings.
  • Create and test various pricing scenarios to ensure accurate calculations.


Pilot Project Management:

  • Coordinate with sales teams to identify suitable pilot deals.
  • Onboard sales teams to the CPQ tool and provide necessary training.
  • Monitor pilot deals, identify any issues or bottlenecks, and provide timely solutions.
  • Collect feedback from sales teams to refine the CPQ framework.


Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Basic understanding of databases and data management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A keen interest in technology and business processes.


Preferred (or Nice to have) Skills:

  • Prior experience with CRM or ERP systems.
  • Exposure to CPQ tools or sales automation software.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
