What you’ll do?
Accounts Payable Management
Invoice Processing
Vendor Management
Accounting & General Ledger
Stakeholder Management
Problem Solving & Quick Learning
Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, providing clear updates on payable processes, outstanding invoices, and any discrepancies.
Address vendor queries and internal concerns with a customer-oriented approach.
What you’ll need?
Advanced Excel Proficiency
Utilize advanced Excel skills to manage large volumes of data, prepare financial reports, perform reconciliations, and generate insights for decision-making.
Create and maintain complex spreadsheets for tracking invoice status, payments, and vendor performance.
