Job Purpose - We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reporting & MIS Lead to oversee and manage reporting and data-related functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background and hands-on knowledge of report development with proven experience in task management and resolving reporting issues. This role requires leading a small team, ensuring the accuracy and timely delivery of reports, and handling ad-hoc data requests. Role - Manage the end-to-end reporting processes, including data extraction, transformation, and presentation. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve reporting bugs/issues promptly. Lead a team of analysts responsible for developing and maintaining MIS reports and dashboards. Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and ensure timely delivery of data insights. Develop and optimize SQL queries and Python scripts for data extraction and analysis. Ensure data accuracy, quality, and integrity across all reports and dashboards. Prioritize and manage tasks within the team to meet reporting deadlines and ad-hoc requests. Continuously improve reporting processes to increase efficiency and automation. Qualification & experience Bachelor's degree (Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, quant or related field but not mandatory). 3-5 years of relevant work experience in reporting, MIS, and data analysis Essential skills - Proficiency in SQL for querying and extracting data.Strong experience in Python for data processing and automation.Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to fix issues related to data and reports Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with functional leads. Prior experience of working in BFSI/NBFC/Lending industry is plus. Knowledge of regulatory reporting and compliance requirements is plus.
