We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team and play a key role in building and deploying custom Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Salesforce, with experience in integrations, APEX, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and a deep understanding of Salesforce clouds. If you are a business-minded developer with a proven track record of successfully implementing and deploying Salesforce solutions, we would love to meet you
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce applications tailored to business needs.
Build integrations using Salesforce APIs to connect with external systems and data sources.
Develop and maintain APEX code to support custom functionality and automation.
Create and manage Salesforce Flows to automate business processes and workflows.
Develop and implement Lightning Web Components (LWC) to enhance the user experience.
Build and deploy Salesforce packaging solutions for distribution and App Exchange deployments.
Leverage Experience Cloud to create seamless customer-facing solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Implement and deploy solutions across multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, Consumer Goods Cloud, etc.).
Drive the end-to-end development process from initial design to deployment and post-deployment support.
Technical Skills & Experience:
Proficiency in Salesforce development tools, including APEX, Flows, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration methods.
Experience with Salesforce Packaging and deployment to App Exchange.
Proven track record of implementing and deploying at least 3-4 Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service Cloud, Consumer Goods Cloud, etc.).
Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, including declarative and programmatic features.
Familiarity with Experience Cloud for building customer-centric solutions.
Ability to work in a collaborative environment, understanding both technical and business requirements.

Initiative-driven with the ability to lead and take ownership of projects.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
