As our new Cloud Delivery Architect – Security , you will be responsible for leading the design, deployment, and configuration of security solutions within Microsoft 365 environments . This includes securing workloads, managing identity and access, protecting data, and ensuring that compliance requirements are met. The role requires collaboration with various teams , including IT, security operations, and business stakeholders, to deliver secure and scalable solutions in alignment with organizational objectives.


Other responsibilities will include:

  • Develop security strategies for M365 services like SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Teams, covering identity, access management, data protection, threat protection, and compliance
  • Utilize tools like Microsoft Defender XDR, Microsoft Sentinel, and Azure AD for security. Manage identities with Azure AD, MFA, Conditional Access, and PIM
  • Implement SSO and RBAC for secure access. Use MIP, DLP, and encryption for data protection
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, and ISO through M365 monitoring and configuration. Deploy advanced threat protection with Microsoft Defender
  • Design incident response plans and manage security incidents. Perform risk assessments and vulnerability testing to identify threats


Your Competencies:

  • 3+ years of experience designing and implementing cyber security in Microsoft 365 environments
  • Familiarity with NIST, ISO, and other security frameworks
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity threats, attack vectors, and mitigation in multi-cloud and hybrid environments
  • Expertise in advanced threat detection and security strategies
