Position- Project Quality Analyst (Civil)
Experience- 1 to 6 years’ experience of working in some engineering company as Project Leader or Quality Analyst and experience with Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015) with Civil Engineering background.
Qualification- BE(Civil)
Location-Pune
Roles & Responsibilities:-
- To work with Project Leaders & Delivery Teams and ensure control of Project Quality.
- To ensure good Project Quality (i.e. Completing project within estimated hours, Adhering to schedules, and Delivering Engineering Quality) by thorough project initiations & planning, appropriate resource allocations, identifying project risks & monitoring mitigation plans, monitoring defined project execution processes & checking process adherence, conducting project quality audits, preparing Project Health Dashboards (with Project Health status, project progress, current & projected effort variance, brief project status, etc.), tracking of project issues (critical errors, complaints, customer dissatisfactions, escalations, etc.), identifying root causes (for issues, effort variance, & schedule delays), corrective actions planning & tracking, conducting Knowledge Sharing Sessions on Lessons Learnt &; ensuring that issues don’t recur, preparing & analyzing project performance matrix at project closure, conducting monthly review meetings with Heads & Project Teams, etc.
- Candidate should have good personality and good planning, auditing, reporting, communication (verbal & written), presentation, training, negotiation, and convincing skill
- Candidate must be open & willing to do all it takes to ensure good Project Quality at Neilsoft.
