Job Purpose: The purpose of the Product Development Lead is to oversee the entire lifecycle of a product from concept to deployment, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, innovative software solutions. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources, and driving the development process to meet business objectives and user needs. The Product Development Lead is responsible for defining the product vision, establishing a roadmap, ensuring adherence to best practices, and maintaining high standards of performance, scalability, and reliability. Additionally, product development lead plays a crucial role in risk management, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement to achieve successful product outcomes. Eligibility Criteria Education: B.Tech / M.Tech (IIT / NIT / BITS Preferred) Technical Qualifications: • Expertise in Java: Strong expertise in Java programming, including knowledge of core Java, Java SE, and Java EE. • Front-End Technologies: Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js. • Back-End Frameworks: In-depth knowledge of Java back-end frameworks such as Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Apache Kafka. • Database Management: Proficiency in both SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL), including database design and optimization. • DevOps Practices: Experience with DevOps tools and practices, including Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD. • Cloud Platforms: knowledge with cloud services, particularly with providers like AWS, Azure. • Microservices Architecture: Expertise in designing and implementing microservices architecture, including service orchestration and API gateways. • High Availability and Scalability: Understanding of load balancing, clustering, and failover mechanisms, as well as designing systems for high availability and scalability. • Security Best Practices: Knowledge of security principles, including authentication, authorization, encryption, and secure coding practices specific to Java applications. 2. Technical Design Skills : o Software Architecture Design: Proficiency in designing software architectures, including creating UML diagrams, architectural patterns, and design documentation. o Design Patterns: Strong understanding of design and their application in building robust and scalable Java applications. o System Integration: Experience in designing and implementing integration solutions, including RESTful APIs, SOAP services, and messaging systems (e.g., JMS). o Performance Optimization: Skills in profiling and optimizing application performance, including memory management, garbage collection tuning, and concurrency handling. o Code Quality and Reviews: Commitment to maintaining high code quality through code reviews, static analysis tools, and adherence to coding standards and best practices Work Experience: Should have an overall experience of 7 to 10 years with the immediate 3 years as a design lead role is a must.
