Job Title: Customer Service Assistant
Location: 100% work from home
Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Assistant to provide excellent support to our customers and ensure a positive experience. The Customer Service Assistant will assist with inquiries, handle complaints, and process orders, while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns.
Address and resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the appropriate department.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the company’s CRM system.
Process refunds, exchanges, or adjustments in line with company policies.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
Identify and report recurring customer issues to improve processes and services.
Assist in maintaining the company’s knowledge base or FAQs with up-to-date information.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
