We are seeking a talented and passionate Jewelry Designer to join our dynamic team at BeAbhika. As a Jewelry Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating and conceptualizing jewelry collections that align with our brand's vision and resonate with our discerning clientele. Your artistic flair, attention to detail, and dedication to producing exceptional jewelry pieces will be critical in shaping the brand's identity and driving its success in the industry.


Points to Note :

  • This is an in office on site Job based in Delhi
  • Salary offered : 2.40 - 4.00 Lacs per Annum
  • We work 6 days a week


Responsibilities:

  • Designing Unique Jewelry: Conceptualize and create original jewelry designs that align with Beabhika's brand identity and resonate with our target audience
  • Material Selection: Carefully choose appropriate metals, gemstones, and other materials to bring your designs to life, ensuring they meet our quality standards and customer expectations.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay informed about the latest fashion and jewelry trends, incorporating relevant elements into your designs while maintaining the brand's unique aesthetic.
  • Prototyping and Sampling: Oversee the prototyping and sampling process, providing feedback and adjustments as needed to ensure the final product accurately reflects your vision.
  • Quality Control: Participate in quality control checks to verify that the finished jewelry meets the design specifications and uphold Beabhika's standards of craftsmanship.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product differentiation and improvement.


Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: A degree or diploma in Jewelry Design or a related field is preferred. Proven experience as a Jewelry Designer, with a portfolio showcasing your unique design style and creativity.
  • Design Software Proficiency: Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite for creating accurate and detailed design illustrations.
  • Knowledge of Jewelry Making Techniques: Familiarity with jewelry making techniques, materials, and production processes, including stone setting, metalworking, and finishing.
  • Creative Vision: An innate sense of creativity and an ability to stay ahead of trends, developing fresh and innovative designs that resonate with our target audience.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that each piece of jewelry reflects the highest level of craftsmanship and quality.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Effective verbal and visual communication skills, enabling seamless collaboration with the product development team and other stakeholders.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines and handle multiple design projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for Jewelry: A deep passion for jewelry and an understanding of how it complements and enhances an individual's style and personality.
