Usually 95% of the customers who come to a website do not end up making a purchase. The vision of Manifest is to help customers to make purchase decisions faster by using LLMs. As a product manager your job is to help to make that a reality.
- Roadmap Planning :
- Develop and execute the product roadmap, including feature prioritisation based on market trends, customer feedback, and business goals.
- Should be able to understand the voice of the customers and figure out what is urgent and needs work.
- Set up different channels for insights generation like customer calls, market research, and feedback from business teams.
- Ability to work backwards from the business goals and translate them into product requirements.
- Execution :
- Coming up with a plan and defining the plan is only 5% of the work, but actually executing it is 95% of the work.
- Ensure that clear plans are translated into actionable steps and successfully executed.
- You should be hands on with getting things done once we are clear in our head what needs to be done.
- Ownership of other key metrics
- The product manager will own a few key metrics like chatbot accuracy, interaction rate, client go live time etc.
- Helping sales teams with right marketing content. Keeping them engaged and informed about key product features.
- Building market leadership :
- We want to make sure that our product(s) are category leaders and we should do whatever it takes to establish that.
