Role - Chief Risk Officer ( AVP / VP) Should be Certified Risk Professionals - MANDATORY ( Kindly apply accordingly) Location- Bangalore 5 Days working from office Experience Min 10 Years till 18 Years Industry looking from- Management Consulting / Audit or India Insurance Companies Position: Risk Officer (AVP/VP) - Job Description: Seeking an independent executive to lead the risk management function with full responsibility for developing and maintaining a comprehensive risk management framework.
The Chief Risk Officer (CRO) will be tasked with identifying, assessing, and mitigating internal and external risks , including those related to competition, regulatory changes, and technical developments within the company.
The role will be distinct and independent , with no "dual hatting" of responsibilities.
The CRO will not hold management or financial duties tied to operational business lines or revenue-generating functions.
The CRO will engage with the board of directors and senior management on key risk issues, having the authority to access necessary information for informed decision-making.
Reporting directly to the CEO , the CRO will also have direct access to the board and the risk management committee .
Ideal candidates should be Certified Risk Professionals with 8-10 years of experience in risk management, ideally from consulting, audit firms, or the insurance sector .
Strong analytical, presentation, communication, and financial skills are required for this role.
