NT2 Trainer

Sales Trainer Join our dynamic sales team as a Sales Trainer focused on driving performance and growth. If you're passionate about coaching sales professionals and boosting results through hands-on training, this role is for you Deliver on-the-field training to newly joined Sales Officers, Sales Managers, and Regional Sales Managers, covering essential skills like effective selling techniques, team management, scheme explanations, negotiation strategies, deal closures, CRM software usage (order entry, customized schemes, tracking delivery, etc.), Support the low performers through various training Partner with underperforming existing sales teams to identify gaps, implement improvement plans, and track progress toward performance targets. Collaborate with sales leadership to align with business goals, fostering a high-energy, results-oriented culture. Monitor training effectiveness through metrics and feedback, continuously refining programs for maximum impact. 3+ years of experience as a sales trainer in a fast-paced sales environment, with proven success in field-based coaching and performance turnaround. ~ Strong knowledge of sales processes, CRM tools, and motivational techniques to inspire teams. ~ Willingness to travel for field training (up to 50%).
