TSHG Advisors Private Limited is an Investment Banking firm specialising in transactions in India's K-12 education, higher education, and student housing sectors. The firm combines deep expertise in these verticals to deliver tailored financial and strategic advisory services. We advise school operators, developers, and investors on sale & leaseback transactions, built-to-suit school developments, M&A, and capital raises for K-12 operators. We are seeking a dynamic and well-connected Business Development Manager to lead our origination efforts in the Indian education and real estate ecosystem. You will build relationships with school owners, developers, consultants, and investors, identify potential mandates, and drive lead generation for our transaction advisory business. Identify and qualify new K-12 opportunities within key markets of Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune and Mumbai — school operators, developer groups, family offices, and funds. · Map K-12 and education infrastructure transactions in key Indian metros. · Conduct cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and meetings with decision makers (promoters, CFOs, developers). · Maintain relationships with architects, consultants, facility managers and banks. · Maintain an updated database of K-12 schools, developers, and investors. · Maintain weekly reports in the CRM 4–8 years of experience in business development / institutional real estate / school infra / consulting / leasing / education sales. · Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. · Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, LinkedIn, and email outreach tools. Work directly with senior investment bankers on high-value education real estate transactions. · Build relationships with leading school operators, developers, and funds. · Be part of a growing platform defining the education infra investment space. · Fast-track career growth into regional BD Head or Origination Director roles.
