We build next-gen AI-driven ecosystems that empower organizations to innovate faster and operate smarter. We are looking for an AI Practitioner – Industrial Designer to build and optimize AI-driven workflows that transform the industrial design process. This role requires a unique blend of physical product design expertise and AI/ML-driven design automation understanding. Instead of merely using existing design tools, you will be responsible for defining and developing AI-powered solutions that accelerate concept development, visualization, modeling, prototyping, and overall design efficiency. Build AI-driven workflows to automate and accelerate industrial design processes. • Develop concept-to-3D pipelines using AI-assisted tools (sketch → render → model). • Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to design system architectures for AI-based design automation. • Use AI tools (Vizcom, Midjourney, Blender AI, Fusion360 GD, Omniverse) to generate concepts. • Integrate AI into CMF, ergonomics, form exploration, and feasibility analysis workflows. • Prototype AI-driven design assist systems such as: – AI sketch-to-3D converter – AI-driven CMF variation engine – AI-based manufacturability analyzer • Work closely with Industrial Designers, Product Teams, and Engineering teams to translate requirements into AI design solutions. • Evaluate emerging AI tools and build custom workflows suited to PeopleTech projects. • Required Skills & Experience • 5–12 years of Industrial/Product Design experience. • Strong foundation in design fundamentals, form development, sketching, CAD (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, Alias preferable). • Experience with AI design tools (Vizcom AI, Midjourney, Runway, Blender AI add-ons, etc.). • Good understanding of generative AI concepts for design automation. • Exposure to ML workflows (not coding, but understanding how to integrate). • Experience with prototyping (3D printing, foam models, machining, etc.). • Strong visualization and rendering skills (KeyShot, Blender). • Ability to collaborate with technical teams and define AI workflows. • Experience building custom AI workflows for design teams. • Background in consumer electronics, medical devices, defense, mobility, or hardware design. • Work on futuristic AI-driven design ecosystems. • Build next-gen workflows combining creativity + AI engineering. • Opportunity to work with cross-functional AI, ML, and product teams.
