TAC Security | Inside Sales Leader

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of inside sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes to optimize lead generation, qualification, and conversion rates.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to provide coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.
- Monitor the team’s sales pipeline, track performance metrics, and ensure timely follow-ups on leads and opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and other cross-functional teams to align on sales campaigns, product launches, and lead generation strategies.
- Establish clear sales goals and targets, and ensure alignment with the broader company objectives.
- Oversee the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and presentations, ensuring that they meet customer needs and business goals.
- Ensure the team is trained on the latest product offerings, sales methodologies, and tools, providing continuous development opportunities.
- Foster a positive, goal-driven, and competitive sales environment that encourages team collaboration and individual growth.
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to senior management.
- Drive the use of CRM systems and sales tools to track customer interactions, progress, and outcomes.
Key Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (8+ years) in inside sales, in Cyber Security
- Strong track record of managing and developing high-performing sales teams in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and motivational skills to guide a team toward achieving sales goals.
- Ability to analyze sales data and metrics, develop insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of sales methodologies, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), and sales automation tools.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and customer service teams.
- Experience in forecasting, budgeting, and setting sales targets.
- Results-driven with the ability to adapt strategies based on business needs and market trends.
