As we grow our presence in the luxury kidswear market, we’re looking for a Digital Marketer with a knack for driving sales and creating impactful brand experiences online.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketer to lead and implement strategies that boost online sales and elevate The Lyttl Company’s presence in the competitive luxury kidswear space. This role is perfect for someone with a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and expertise in performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales-Driven Campaigns: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to generate online sales, focusing on performance-driven channels like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and influencer marketing.
- Social Media Management: Plan, curate, and manage engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and other platforms, aligning with the brand’s luxury aesthetics.
- SEO & Content Marketing: Optimize website content and implement SEO best practices to improve organic reach and drive traffic.
- Email & SMS Marketing: Create and execute email/SMS campaigns targeting customer retention and repeat purchases.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and performance dashboards.
- Collaborations: Partner with parenting influencers, bloggers, and luxury lifestyle brands to drive visibility and increase sales conversions.
- E-Commerce Management: Ensure product listings on the website and marketplaces are optimized for high conversion rates.
- Customer Insights: Use data and feedback to identify customer preferences and refine marketing strategies.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: 2-4 years in digital marketing, preferably in fashion, luxury, or e-commerce industries.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Shopify, Mailchimp, and basic graphic design tools (Canva/Adobe).
- Creativity: A strong eye for aesthetics to align marketing visuals with luxury branding.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable strategies to drive sales.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for crafting compelling marketing copy.
- Bonus Points: Experience with influencer campaigns and content collaborations in the parenting or kidswear segment.
