The ideal candidate will be familiar with the full software design life cycle. They should have experience in designing, coding, testing and consistently managing applications They should be comfortable coding in a number of languages and have an ability to test code in order to maintain high-quality code.
Responsibilities
Architectural Leadership : Design and lead the architecture of comprehensive. NET applications, ensuring seamless integration with front-end technologies.
Full-Stack Development : Collaborate on both back-end (. NET, C#, ASP. NET) and front-end (HTML, CSS, Java Script, frameworks like Angular or React) development to create cohesive HCM solutions.
User Experience Focus : Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure user-centric design principles are implemented across applications.
Qualifications
Experience : 11+ years in. NET development with at least 3 years in an architectural role, including front-end experience in the HCM domain.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in. NET, C#, ASP. NET, as well as front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, Java Script, Angular, React).
Cloud Knowledge : Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) relevant to HCM applications.
Database Skills : Strong understanding of SQL Server and data management practices in HCM contexts.
Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
