In the year 2002, Dr KS Anand, Orthopedic and Joint Replacement Surgeon joined the hospital and launched Orthopedic services. Today Anand Hospital is considered as a referral centre for all kinds of General and Orthopedic surgeries including Joint Replacement Surgeries.Role DescriptionThis is a full time position for Operations Manager who would be required to co-ordinate between different departments to ensure smooth functioning of the hospital. The co-ordination has to take place between Front Office, Marketing, Purchase, Inpatient, Billing, Nursing and Paramedical. The person should have a strong confident personality with good communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of computers specially MS Excel is must. Experience of 3-4 years in any industry in an executive or managerial role is must.Qualifications- Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities- Strong Customer Service skills- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment- Bachelor's degree is a must
