Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy: Define and execute a clear product vision and strategy for our AI-based Saa S products, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Technical Leadership: Utilize strong technical knowledge to guide the development team in building robust, scalable products that leverage AI technologies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with engineering, design, and sales teams to ensure a cohesive approach to product development, user experience, and go-to-market strategies.
- Product Development: Lead the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, with a focus on delivering high-quality features that meet customer needs.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Conduct market research, gather user feedback, and analyze data to prioritize features that solve key customer pain points.
- Go-to-Market Execution: Collaborate with marketing and sales to develop effective go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature enhancements
- Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage KPIs, product analytics, and user insights to make informed decisions and continuously improve product performance.
- Innovation and Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, particularly in AI and Saa S, to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
- Stakeholder Management: Regularly communicate product progress, roadmaps, and performance metrics to executives and key stakeholders. Qualifications:
- Experience: 8+ years in product management, with a proven track record of taking AI-based Saa S products from 0 to 1.
- Technical Expertise: Strong technical background, with experience in AI, machine learning, and software development practices, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams.
- Leadership Skills: 3+ years in a leadership role, managing cross-functional teams in a high-growth Saa S environment.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficient in data analysis and product metrics (e. G., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) to drive decision-making.
- Customer Focused: Deep understanding of customer needs and user experience principles, with a commitment to delivering exceptional value.
- Tools and Methodologies: Familiarity with product management tools (e. G., JIRA, Confluence, Trello) and agile development methodologies.
