About Raho: Founded in June 2022 by Sidharth Somana, Simona Mohan, and Gautham Somana, Raho Hospitalities is dedicated to bridging the gap in quality accommodation options in non-urban areas such as Coorg, Ooty, and Gokarna. Raho focuses on offering immersive and affordable travel experiences tailored to millennials. The Bengaluru-based startup has successfully raised Seed funding to begin revolutionizing the Indian travel and hospitality sector. What You’ll Do: ● Design Magic: Work across multiple mediums— Photoshop, 3 D models, drawings—to design stunning spaces for our unique accommodation offerings. ● Speed and Scale: We are not a design consultancy and building and maintaining processes and standardization for speed and scale is one of the big challenges you will have to tackle. ● Hit Deadlines: Stay organized and focused to meet project deadlines while maintaining Raho’s high standards. ● Collaborate and Coordinate: Work with consultants, vendors, and contractors to develop designs and execute them seamlessly. ● Prepare Drawings: Create detailed and accurate Architectural working drawings (Good For Construction (GFC) drawings). ● Travel On-Site: Frequently visit project sites (at Coorg and beyond) to ensure everything is executed according to plan. What You Bring: ● 2-3 years of experience in interior design/architecture, especially in hospitality, villas, or residential projects. ● High proficiency in Photoshop is a must. ● Strong on-site experience, ensuring that design adherence and quality are top-notch. ● Proficient in Auto CAD, Sketch Up or Rhino, Vray or lumion, and the Microsoft Office suite. ● Fluent in Kannada, English, and Hindi. ● Ready to thrive in a startup environment where long hours, weekends, and holidays are sometimes part of the deal.
