Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation & Customization:
  • Lead Oracle NetSuite ERP implementations, configurations, and customizations based on business requirements.
  • Develop custom scripts, workflows, and integrations to enhance the NetSuite platform.
  • System Optimization:
  • Conduct system audits and recommend improvements to optimize NetSuite performance and usability.
  • Ensure seamless integration with other business applications and third-party tools.
  • Business Process Analysis:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and design efficient NetSuite-based solutions.
  • Provide recommendations to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  • Training & Support:
  • Train end-users on NetSuite functionalities, features, and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly, providing ongoing system support.
  • Compliance & Documentation:
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for configurations, customizations, and user guides.

Key Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle NetSuite ERP implementation, administration, and support.
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite modules, including financials, inventory, CRM, procurement, and order management.
  • Proficiency in SuiteScript (1.0/2.0), SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk integration.
  • Expertise in analyzing and mapping business processes into NetSuite workflows.
  • Familiarity with data migration, system integration, and API development.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
  • Certification in Oracle NetSuite is a plus.
