You will:


  • Provide vision and leadership for the cybersecurity team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and security standards.
  • Oversee all aspects of the incident response lifecycle, from detection to remediation, ensuring timely and effective resolution of security incidents.
  • Collaborate with OEM vendors to implement and manage security technologies, ensuring effective integration and maximizing ROI from security solutions.
  • Oversee and support vulnerability assessments and penetration testing (VAPT), ensuring the organization remains protected from external and internal threats.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.) and lead risk management initiatives to minimize security threats.
  • Oversee security monitoring, analytics, and reporting through the Security Operations Center (SOC), and ensure the timely escalation of critical incidents to leadership.
  • Lead efforts to strengthen security awareness across the organization through regular training programs, simulations, and communication strategies.
  • Mentor and manage a team of cybersecurity professionals, ensuring their ongoing growth, development, and alignment with emerging cybersecurity trends.
  • Provide regular updates to executive leadership on cybersecurity performance, emerging threats, and strategic initiatives.


You have:


  • 8+ years in cybersecurity roles, with at least 3 years in leadership.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Expertise in security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST) and OEM security tools.
  • Strong background in incident response, vulnerability assessment, and penetration testing.
  • Knowledge of SIEM, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and cloud security (AWS, Azure).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • CEH required. Additional certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, OSCP) are desirable. Experience with OEM security solutions is a must.
