JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
Familiar with PLC and Automations – Siemens, Mitsubishi, Delta and Panasonic
Proven track record in programming of Ladder logic, Function Block diagram and Sequential Flow chart
Experience in PLC hardware engineering
Basic understanding of Field sensors like Encoders, Photo sensor, Laser sensor, Limit switch and linear transducers and interface with PLC and process automation.
Familiar in Io T and IE Systems
Experience in redesigning of code of older PLC system and its migration to newer PLC system
Able to understand Automation system architecture
Proficient in MS Office Word and Excel
Field commissioning experience is preferable
Define and standardize proactive monitoring approach and success criteria including establishing best practices & operation standards.
Complete analysis of engineering design, testing and commissioning of in plant machines for instrumentation and control systems in order to develop LCA.
Perform engineering tasks using established procedures, these include but are not limited to, equipment selection, schematic design, system layout, cost estimation and system documentation.
Automation and planning, scheduling and budgeting based upon commissioning and schedule.
Develop and implement facility control and automation solutions based upon cause and effect documentation, control narrative and an understanding of the facility environment.
Assist to continuous development team for utilization to predict and improve in terms of capacity with the aid TQM and TPM.
Collaborate with business partners, engineers, infrastructure team, and operations to ensure operational readiness of existing and potential solutions
Train other operations and associates on the monitoring tools usability.
Establish direct plant policies and procedures to maintain positive community relationship
Design engineering systems for the automation of industrial tasks.
Create mechanical design documents for parts, assemblies, or finished products.
Design advanced electronic control systems for mechanical systems.
Identify and select materials appropriate for Mechatronics system designs.
Develop electronic, mechanical, or computerized processes to perform tasks in dangerous situations, such as underwater exploration.
Design mechatronics components for computer-controlled products, such as cameras, video recorders,
Apply Mechatronics or automated solutions to the transfer of materials, components, or finished goods.
Design or develop automated control systems for environmental applications, such as waste processing, air quality, or water quality systems.
