We provide our clients with unique assistance not only to innovate, implement transformation and increase operational efficiency, but also to manage costs and improve their top lines.OpportunityAcuity Knowledge Partners is currently looking for dedicated and self-motivated individuals who have strong leadership, organizational and teamwork skills to support the ECM team of a global investment bank.ActivitiesSupporting our clients on multiple industries and preparing pitch books, valuation models, industry reports, company focused discussion documents, studying & analyzing different business & financial models in a particular industry.Managing delivery & execution of projects on ECM side, including capital market updates, newsletters, shareholder / ownership analysis, IPO analysis, new issuance analysis, company profiles.Manage project timelines and quality of deliverables in a manner to ensure "high client satisfaction"Demonstrate strength and flair in client/requester relationship building and management, information/knowledge needs assessment.Conducting analysis & performing quality control check of the outgoing reports/packs.Demonstrate strength and experience in client/requester relationship building and management, information/knowledge needs assessment.Required BackgroundAvailable to join with in 1 month3-5 years of relevant experience in in Equity Capital market teamsWell versed with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Power PointExcellent working knowledge of databases such as Bloomberg, Dealogic, Factset, Factiva etc.Previous client handling exposure is a mustSelf-motivated and able to motivate othersEffective negotiation skillsAbility to work in high-pressure situationsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to make quick and informed decisionsPost-Graduation in Finance or equiv. qualification (CFA, MBA (finance), CA or equiv.
